Get paid by card. Into your own bank. Here.
The invoicing system that collects card payments into your Trinidad & Tobago bank account, runs on hardware you own, and comes with the person who built it.
The “pay online” button on most invoicing software does not work for a business here.
The big invoicing platforms are built around card processors that do not serve Trinidad & Tobago merchants. So you get the invoice, but not the payment — and you are back to chasing a bank transfer, or a cheque, or a phone call. On top of that you are paying a monthly subscription in US dollars, forever, against a credit-card limit that is its own headache.
Envoi was built the other way round: from the payment backwards. Your customer scans a QR on the invoice, or taps Pay now in the email, or opens the link you sent them on WhatsApp — and the money lands in your account, in TTD, at your bank.
What it does
Card payments that actually reach your bank
Every invoice carries a scannable payment QR, and every emailed invoice a Pay now button. Your customer taps and pays by card; the money settles in TTD to your local bank account.
Send it the way your customers actually read
Email the invoice, or send it over WhatsApp with the payment link already in the message. No app for your customer to install, no account for them to create.
Built for how business is billed here
TTD-first, with dual-currency quoting at a rate frozen on the day, US Letter paperwork, and a company stamp box on quote acceptance — the details a locally-run business actually needs.
Quote, contract, invoice — one thread
Send a quote, accept it into a contract, raise a deposit invoice against it, then bill the balance. Nothing gets re-keyed, and the whole history stays linked.
Money handled properly
Part-payments, deposits, credit notes, refunds and write-offs all post to a signed transaction ledger. The numbers reconcile, and you can show your accountant why.
Yours: your brand, your box, your data
It runs on hardware you own, under your own name, with your logo on every document. No monthly per-user meter, no third party holding your books, and it keeps working on the local network when the internet does not.
// what it is not
Envoi is not accounting software, and is not trying to replace it. It is the engagement-and-billing system that sits in front — quoting, invoicing, collecting, and keeping the record — feeding clean figures to whoever does your books.
How you get it
We talk about how you bill today
Quotes, invoices, deposits, who chases payment — I need to see the real process before I propose anything.
I install and brand it
Set up on your hardware, your logo and details on every document, your bank and payment account wired in, your people added.
I train your team
Sat with the people who will actually use it, on your own data, until raising a quote and collecting on an invoice is routine.
I stay reachable
Updates, backup checks and support under an annual care plan — from someone in your timezone who answers the phone.
You buy an installation, not a subscription.
Envoi is priced as a one-time implementation — the system, set up on your hardware, branded, with your team trained on it. Extra capability, like taking card payments, is a one-time line item. After that there is an optional annual care plan covering updates, backup checks and support.
Quoted in TTD. Where a third-party service is involved, the subscription is set up in your name so you own the account and pay it directly — no mark-up sitting in the middle.
// every installation is scoped to the business, so pricing is on request
Built and run in production — not a prototype.
I designed, built and run Envoi myself: a signed transaction ledger so the money always reconciles, role-based access, an automated build-and-deploy pipeline, and a test suite covering the financial paths. It is the same standard of work I bring to bespoke software for clients — the other half of what Kurt-Coded does.
